Summertime in Tennessee

Summers are different in Tennessee then in the Carolinas.  I love looking out and seeing the trees blowing next to the lake.  Living by the lake is a new adventure everyday.  The sound of the birds and the ducks flying over.  The sight of the deer drinking some refreshing water from the lakeside.  I never thought that it would be possible to live so happily without a walmart close by or a nearby mall.Sometimes just driving by the fields and the meadows to get to the closest grocery store is breathtaking.  Seeing the bunnies feasting on some greens in the yard.  The birds carrying a twig to get their nests ready..
I love to sit outside on the porch and admire the beauty of this land that God has given us.  The beautiful sunrises and sunsets.  The radiant rainbows here are so vibrant.
I was outside today watching the kitties on the deck.  They were playing in their own little world with not a care in the world.  They are just so sweet.  I love that I can wake up to these sweet kittens everyday.  When I moved from Tennessee, I never dreamed I would start up my pet sitting again but after being here for a short time, I have realized that Pets are a very important part of my well-being.  I have once again started my PJ's Pet/House Sitting in Rhea County.
I am so excited about this summertime and the opportunity to take care of more wonderful animals.

What are you excited about this summertime?
