Stop Apologizing for Your Fire — Wednesday Morning Devotional

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."

— 2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV)

STOP APOLOGIZING FOR YOUR FIRE.

You woke up this morning with breath in your lungs and purpose in your bones. That was not an accident. That was assignment.

Too many people are walking through life with their volume turned down — shrinking themselves to fit into rooms that were never built to hold them. Playing small. Staying quiet. Waiting for permission to be exactly who God already called them to be.

Not today.

God did not wire you for fear. He did not design you to hover in the back of the room hoping nobody notices. He gave you POWER. He gave you LOVE. He gave you a SOUND MIND. Three gifts — and not one of them looks like timid.

So whatever you have been putting off, whatever dream you have been whispering about instead of shouting, whatever step you have been too afraid to take — this is your Wednesday wake-up call.

You are not too old. You are not too late. You are not too much. You are exactly enough and it is time to act like it.

GET UP. SHOW UP. FIRE UP.

God did not bring you this far to leave you standing at the edge. Step out. He is already on the other side waiting.

A PRAYER FOR TODAY:

Lord, today I choose to walk in the power, love, and sound mind You gave me. I refuse to shrink. I refuse to apologize for the fire You placed inside me. I step out in faith today knowing You are already on the other side waiting. In Jesus' name. Amen.

REFLECT ON THIS TODAY:

What have you been whispering about that God is calling you to shout? What one bold step can you take today that fear has been holding you back from?
